After a successful presentation at the Africa Business Health Forum 2019, Doc.com’s Global Expansion Director, Fernando Chacón, has started talking with the African Union (AU) and European Union (EU) representatives in order to get their support and collaboration.
Thanks to our previous talks with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), representatives of the AU and EU are interested in working with Doc.com in the nearest future. The dialogues have just begun, so all the plans and the goals of the collaboration are in development. The main objective is to bring Doc.com to more countries all around the world.
The African Union is the organization of the African States that promotes unity and solidarity among themselves in order to cooperate in the continent development. One of the organization objectives is “To work with relevant international partners in the eradication of preventable diseases and the promotion of good health on the continent”.
Doc.com is willing to provide the necessary technology to the African countries so the people can have access to free basic medical and psychology services.
In the beginning, the European Union was formed with the purpose of creating an economic cooperation between the members; but that purpose was expanded to improve their countries development and solve global issues, such as climate change, migration and health. One of the issues European countries have been suffering for a long time now is access to free healthcare and other medical services.
Doc.com is excited to cooperate with these organizations and help them with their healthcare problems by bringing the technology and services their people need. We will provide more information about the dialogues between these organizations and Doc.com very soon.
