From what you've described, if you are able to walk and have equal strength in your legs, it is likely that your injury will gradually heal. Often the recommendation is to keep moving, but not to over exert yourself. Light walking is a good idea. Eventually, if you haven't broken any bones, you will recover. If you are not getting better, you may need to see a doctor for X-rays or other imaging. If you don't have any medical conditions, ibuprofen for a few days can help.
